Family Immigration Applications
Hudson McKenzie has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to Family immigration applications.
The UK immigration rules generally allow spouses, unmarried partners and dependent children to accompany the main applicant to the UK. In certain instances, it is also possible to bring dependant parents to the UK.
Once a visa has been granted, the dependants will have the same conditions placed on their visa and enjoy the same benefits as the main applicant in terms of right to work.
Generally, such partners or children must apply for entry clearance before coming to the UK. We provide assistance in obtaining either short term or long term visas for dependent relatives, which may lead to settlement (subject to meeting the statutory requirements as mandated by the immigration rules).
The UK Government has laid down stringent requirements in relation to these applications which must be met. Due to our extensive contacts within UK Visas & Immigration and visa issuing posts worldwide, we are well positioned to successfully and expeditiously manage these applications ensuring swift movement of family members.
Our Immigration Lawyers will prepare all documentation and liaise with UK Visas & Immigration regularly to ensure a successful outcome.
