Citizenship-by-Investment Programme-Requirements
Applicants must fulfil ONE of the following criteria:
- Make a charitable donation of approx. EUR 3 million to the Austrian economy; or
- An investment of EUR 10 million- an applicant is required to invest actively in the Austrian economy, for example in the form of a joint venture or direct investment in a business that creates jobs or generates new export sales. Significant direct investment is generally required- passive investments in government bonds, real estate, etc. do not qualify.

- Comprehensive CV and business background information; and
- Impeccable references.
Timescales
The Austrian Government normally takes approx. 18-24 months to decide upon applications from the date of submission.
