Erica is based in London and serves as Chief Strategy Officer at a boutique consulting firm. With a passion for positive social impact, she brings her expertise to the Hudson McKenzie Charitable Foundation to help advance its mission of improving children's lives and protecting the environment.

Dedicated to empowering women and addressing social challenges, Erica also volunteers with The Santa Maria Foundation (SMF), a UK-registered charity focused on supporting vulnerable, orphaned, and abandoned young girls in Colombia. Her volunteering has included promoting and raising awareness for the charity through events and presentations, alongside teaching English online to help equip SMF’s children with essential language skills for their future. With a deep love for animals, Erica embraces veganism and eco-conscious living, integrating these values into her daily life to help foster a more compassionate world.

Beyond her humanitarian efforts, she serves as a voluntary member of the Richmond Business School Advisory Board at Richmond American University London, whose primary purpose is to provide strategic guidance and support to the Head of Department and school leadership in fulfilling the school’s mission. Erica holds an MBA with distinction from Richmond American University London and has completed online executive education programs at leading institutions, including Imperial College Business School – Mergers and Acquisitions, Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership – Communicating for Influence and Impact, Cambridge Judge Business School – Business Analytics and Steering Complex Projects, and The Institute of Directors – Strategy for Directors. She also holds a Mental Health Workplace First Aid qualification from St John Ambulance, reflecting her commitment to the well-being of those around her.
