Abha Batra is Director – Operations at Hudson McKenzie’s UK office. She oversees the day-to-day running of the business, including administration, internal systems and processes, financial oversight, and coordination across teams. Her practical approach helps resolve operational issues and put structures in place that support consistent service delivery.
Abha works with colleagues across Hudson McKenzie’s offices to keep teams connected as the firm grows internationally. She focuses on clear communication, strong governance and processes that meet the needs of each office. She also supports the firm’s people by helping to provide the structure and resources they need to deliver for clients.
Her career history includes KBR and Petrofac. She holds an MSc (Eng) from the University of Sheffield and a BEng (Hons) from the University of Wales, Swansea.
