INvest in YOU

At Hudson McKenzie, our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) is paramount. It is a critical component of our identity, shaping who we are, how we work, and the future we are building. Our vision is to be a humane law firm fostering an inclusive, forward-thinking workplace that empowers individuals from all backgrounds to thrive.

DEI isn’t just a ‘buzzword’ but an essential part of building a fairer and more innovative world. We encourage students, as future leaders and professionals, to play a key role in shaping this movement.

As a firm comprised of professionals from a range of nationalities, cultures, and beliefs, we recognise that true inclusion is about more than just representation. It is about creating an environment of mutual respect, engagement, and collaboration. We believe that by cultivating a culture where diverse viewpoints are valued, we unlock creativity, drive better decision-making, and create meaningful business impact.

Making an Impact

We encourage students to see themselves as agents of change. Your involvement can help shape an inclusive and equitable future, not just for yourselves, but for others too. We offer various DEI programmes, whether through internships, volunteering, or student programmes.

INvest in YOU

We are firmly committed to invest our time in ethnic minority and/or LGBT individuals who are pursuing or would like to pursue a career in law. The INvest in YOU programme was launched in January 2025 which offers an invaluable opportunity for students to gain working knowledge and experience within a law firm and further helps develop relevant skills for making a successful career in law.

"Your voice matters, your experiences matter, and together we can create a world where everyone belongs."
