Global Immigration Update – South Africa

January 11, 2018 | Immigration, Latest Thinking, News

South Africa: The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) of South Africa has announced that there will be no more hard copies of Police Clearance Certificates for In-house applications.

The DHS states that by not having hard copies of Police Clearance Certificates (SA PCC), this means that the DHS will automate the process of checking a foreign national’s South African criminal record.

This now means that this new process will significantly reduce the time of document procedure.
