December 5, 2017 | Immigration, Latest Thinking, News

Kuwait: From 2018, the recruiting of expats who are under 30 years old will be banned.

The ban follows from a recent report regarding the requesting of the reduction of specific forms of contracts by twenty five percent, such as the areas surrounding current and future security, cleaning and handling contracts

This is because as the total amount of government contracts are currently numbered at 2,274 in which 447,077 workers are hired by these contracts.

Therefore, the administrative decision to reduce these contracts will simultaneously reduce the number of workers hired as well.
