Unless national of a visa exempt country, foreign national intending to travel to Ukraine, require a business visa. C type visas are issued in cases where a foreigner intends to stay in Ukraine for up to 90 days within every 180 days. C type visas are issued as single / double / multiple entry visas valid for 6 months or another period depending on supporting documents but cannot be issued for more than a 5 year-term. E-Visas are issued to foreigners-holders of passports of specified countries for business purposes. Long term D visa type is issued to D type visas are issued in cases where a foreigner/stateless person intends to apply for temporary residence permit.
Foreign nationals intending to work in Ukraine are required to secure a permit before entering the country. Following the confirmation of employment, a work visa is granted. The primary forms of work authorization include the Work Permit and the Temporary Residence Permit. These permits are essential for those seeking to engage in professional activities within Ukraine, ensuring compliance with the country's employment regulations.
