Nira specialises in advising an array of clientele ranging from high-net-worth clients, professional executives and businesses (including educational providers) on Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence applications and has gained a strong reputation in the market for her invaluable insight and high success rate. Her pragmatic approach ensures that complicated immigration applications are dealt with both efficiently and as seamlessly as possible. She also holds deep technical knowledge on a broad range of other immigration applications including family applications, civil partnership, EUSS, Sole Representative of an Overseas Business, Tier 1 (all categories),Tier 5 and all settlement applications. Nira has presented numerous Brexit advisory seminars and has assisted clients with workforce planning following Brexit. Nira has driven successful strategic business immigration solutions to her clients and has also helped clients to manage immigration operations across EMEA.
Nira sits on the Board as a Trustee for the Migrant’s Right’s Network, where the government processes and law on immigration is contested, campaigning for the fair treatment of all migrants by advising on policy and legal matters. Nira also attends the Home Office Policy Forum and also actively represents client’s concerns with adverse Home Office immigration restrictions.
