KEY EXPERIENCE:

Katy began her career at City law firm Stephenson Harwood and later moved to City high flier, Pinsent Masons. She was responsible for advising corporate clients on maternity and parental rights including flexible working applications, immigration, redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary issues, long term sickness issues and grievances. She also assisted in cases involving constructive dismissal, redundancy and disability discrimination and spent a three month secondment to a client in Warrington whilst advising on both a TUPE and redundancy consultation process.

Latterly, Katy has worked in a consultant capacity providing advice to both employees and employers alike, and has covered issues for businesses across the business spectrum from GP practices to multinational brands.
