Quarantine rules change for US and EU travellers
As of 2nd August 2021, those who are fully vaccinated in the EU or US will not be required to quarantine on arrival in the UK.
Instead, travellers will need to take a PRC test before departure as well as on the second day of arriving in the country.
In order to avoid having to be isolated, travellers must have been fully vaccinated with an approved jab from the EU or US, having had their final dose at least 14 days before arrival to the UK.
It must be noted that these rule changes do not apply to France, meaning those travelling from France to the UK must quarantine even if they are fully vaccinated.
